During my recent corporate retreat at Quality Inn, I found the hotel to be generally suitable for business travelers, though with some caveats. The complimentary breakfast was a helpful start to our busy mornings, while the free Wi-Fi allowed for efficient remote working. The business center, equipped with printing and faxing facilities, proved useful for our needs. I encountered a few issues: the initial room had a lingering smoke odor, but the staff quickly compensated by offering a more suitable room. While the grounds were clean and the hotel staff notably friendly, the aging facilities, particularly the small bathroom and outdated furnishings, could benefit from a renovation. Despite these drawbacks, the location was secure, parking was abundant, and the express check-in facilitated a seamless arrival. Quality Inn serves its purpose for a short business stay but requires some enhancements for added comfort.
